Item prices and freight costs for countries outside the EU contain no German VAT.
Any applicable customs fees or import tax for the respective countries must be paid locally.

Payment methods
Payment in advance:
Please transfer the total amount with your order number on our account which you have been given in the confirmation e-mail. Please note that the term of transfers within Germany may take up to three working days. For transfers from abroad can take transfers even a few days longer.
Payment via Paypal:
At the end of the ordering process you will be redirected to the site of Paypal. There you can arrange for your payment. Once the PayPal transaction is completed, the status of your order changes to "received payment" automatically. The goods will be sent as soon as possible.
Payment by cash on delivery:
For COD shipments there are a fee of 4.10 €* (for germany) and 12,90€* (for austria) which would be added to the freight costs.
Please note! You have to pay for the delivery directly to the postman or Parcel Service driver.
We offer cash on delivery only within Germany and Austria.
